CheltenhamBuild SW Ltd rebuilt our slate roof and installed improved insulation. This was not a small task. Our home is a former hop kiln; the roof is large, very high, and steeply sloping. All our windows and doors were also replaced.Edmund was always available to discuss issues with the work and always responded quickly, helpfully and professionally. We had an extension built and 3 rooms joined together to make a large kitchen diner. We also had a large patio area added in the garden. This was my first experience of having building work done and I was unsure what to expect. CheltenhamBuild SW Ltd have a Project manager to help you from the beginning. We had a beautiful front door with stained glass designed with his help.The team did their utmost to minimise disruption and keep me updated on what was happening. Every day a full team arrived and worked non-stop. They were all very friendly and worked very hard. I think the build was great value for money and I am very happy with the results. I was particularly impressed how quickly any snagging was corrected. You receive a great deal of support from the staff that are on site daily as well as the company owners.
